Personal Assistant

In this engaging role, you will provide crucial administrative and personal support to our executive team, contributing to their efficiency and smooth operations. You will be a proactive and organized individual with the ability to manage various tasks with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, basic presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately and responding as needed.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Help coordinate events and meetings.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Proactively support the needs of the executives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant is an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

As a Project Assistant, you will play a vital supportive role in the successful progress of our projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and teams, providing administrative, organizational, and logistical assistance to help ensure projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Help prepare and maintain project-related documents and schedules.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project meetings and taking notes.
  • Help monitor project progress and flag potential issues.
  • Assist with basic budget tracking and expense documentation.
  • Support communication among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain project files and resources.
  • Assist in the preparation of basic presentations and reports.
  • Provide logistical support for project activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or project support role is a plus.

As a Hidden Customer, you will contribute to enhancing our service quality and customer experience by providing valuable insights. Acting as a regular customer, you will anonymously assess different aspects of our business and share your feedback to help us maintain high standards and identify areas for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit designated locations or interact with our services as a typical customer, without revealing your role.
  • Observe and evaluate specific elements of the customer experience, such as service, product presentation, and staff interaction.
  • Document your observations and experiences clearly and objectively, following provided guidelines.
  • Complete reports and questionnaires accurately and on time.
  • Offer constructive feedback based on your experiences.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding your role as a Hidden Customer.
  • Follow ethical guidelines and reporting procedures.

Requirements:

  • Good observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and objective written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
  • Reliability and punctuality in completing assignments.
  • Objectivity in evaluations.
  • Comfortable interacting with service staff discreetly.
